If you're looking for a flowering tree to make a statement, this one is for you! Bright red flowers emerge in early spring and cover the tree in an array of red which attracts many birds and insects. Also known as the "lucky bean tree" for its string of seed pods that contain bright red hard seeds which are quite decorative in summer. This tree is very hardy and is therefore also selected in many urban settings where it can tolerate higher amounts of pollution and root disturbance from the public. A fast grower and best suited for a larger garden.
